with your kids once school ends?
Do you want your kids to be working on something productive while you’re finishing up your work day?
Want your child to make new friends and build healthy relationships?
Do you want your child to learn important skills such as cleaning, snack/lunch making, and taking care of chores?
Successful Children are Independent and Confident
One day your kiddo is going to be big enough to be home alone, right?
Wouldn’t you want them to be able to make snacks, clean up and take care of themselves?
Our after school program teaches skills like folding laundry, making snacks, and picking up the trash.
Why?
It teaches a child to be independent and confident, and help them be more successful.
Prepare them for Their Future
Some after-school programs simply offer parents a place to send their kids without any other benefits. We do things different.
Our afterschoolers also take part in our well-known martial arts and life skills program. They learn respect for themselves and others, discipline in the pursuit of goals, and the rewards of hard work.
Provide Them Opportunities To Grow
One of the biggest challenges of parenting is finding something for kids to do that is both fun AND learning-oriented.
It’s especially important if you work and have to make sure your kiddos are doing SOMETHING until your day is done.
You want to know that where they are is going to be positive and safe for them.
From arrival until pickup
Our days start off with exercise in order to get out all that pent-up energy from the school day!
After their snack, kids work on their assigned ‘chores’ in order to learn the household skills they’ll need when they’re eventually on their own.
Afterschools then work on improving their minds through activities such as STEM, language learning, and relationship-building
The days ends off with some quiet meditative time. This can be spent doing homework, reading, or a more relaxed creative activity!
